Part of our Kia Sorento fell off on the way to NC from Pittsburgh. Luckily we were right next to this Kia dealership. They replaced a couple of screws and fixed the problem with absolutely NO CHARGE to us. The entire staff was very friendly! Thank you.

My experience was good. Only thing my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 & they didn't even take back until 12:15. That was a very long wait.

Went in for a 75000 mile service and asked if they would check why it was idling rough. They noted that there wasn't any oil showing on the dip stick and no oil leaks shown. Informed for me to return at 1000 miles so they check the oil consumption rate.
