I had an excellent experience with Rod at Kia of Colonial Heights! I was having trouble with my second-row seats after taking them out, and getting them back in was much harder than expected. I felt like this dealership is not very thorough, and just gets by with doing the bare minimum with service. Secondly, when they performed my complimentary multi-point inspection, I never received a multi-point inspection form with my invoice informing me on what everything looks like, and if I need to give attention to any issues on my vehicle. (i.e. tire tread depth, wiper blades, battery, etc) I requested a tire rotation, since that's the maintenance they stated on the phone I need for my mileage, but they never asked any details about my tires first (being that I'm from out of state, I figured it would have been a given to ask more information on what I've had done since it's not gonna be in their system) We had 2 tires in the front replaced back in October of last year, so now they rotated them and the better tread is in the back, which is not safe. Had they asked history first or even checked the tread first themselves and made a recommendation to me depending on what the numbers were, I doubt they would have rotated. A suggestion SHOULD have been made that I need another set of tires...with the new tires being placed on the front and the tires bought last October, now placed in the rear. There's many more things I could mention, but not enough time. Needless to say, I don't believe I'll be returning to this dealership location even though it's way closer, I'd rather drive the distance for more thorough service and better attention to detail.

CMA is a wonderful dealership and go to Gerald because he's a wonderful salesman and very kind.🙂

Went in for a 75000 mile service and asked if they would check why it was idling rough. They noted that there wasn't any oil showing on the dip stick and no oil leaks shown. Informed for me to return at 1000 miles so they check the oil consumption rate.

I felt like the text communication could have been a little better telling me when my vehicle was ready and the progress of my repairs wasn’t communicated well. My cabin filter was left off and in the back seat of my vehicle which i had to reattach myself.

I stopped into Colonial Kia in a panic not wanting to turn my car off, and Bianca at the front desk could not have been any nicer or more helpful. She was so polite and professional.
